WHAT YOU CAN PERSONALIZE

Nine PDF text fields let you type cover and dedication names, date, photo years and captions in a PDF form reader. The lined memory and letter pages are for HANDWRITING; this is not a fully fillable journal. Photo spaces are for mounting your own printed photographs, not digital photo uploads. Artwork, headings and page layout stay fixed.

PRINT, WRITE AND ASSEMBLE

1. Download and save the PDF. Add the optional typed details in a PDF form reader, then save and reopen your copy to check them. Some phone preview apps may not save fields reliably. 2. Print on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches) at Actual Size / 100%. Single-sided printing is recommended. Check print preview first. 3. Write your memories and letter by hand.

Each photo space is 5 x 4 inches; attach your printed photographs with your own adhesive or photo corners. 4. Punch the left edge and place the pages in your own three-ring binder. You can also assemble with ribbon or ask a local print shop about printing and binding.

Delivery and device compatibility

After payment is confirmed, download links are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Save your files to your phone, tablet, or computer, and extract ZIP files before opening their contents. Use an app compatible with the included file formats. Fillable PDFs need a reader that supports PDF forms; printable-only PDFs are completed by hand.

A larger screen may be helpful for detailed spreadsheets, layout editing, and printing. Features and layout can vary by device and app. Software and printing are not included.
