Returns, cancellations, and refunds for digital products

All products sold by Keys and Keep Property are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped or returned.

Change of mind

Because digital files are delivered automatically and cannot be returned, we do not generally offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access to the files has been provided, except where required by applicable law. Please read the listing, included formats, and software requirements before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product suits your needs.

Problems with your purchase

If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, email hello@keysandkeepproperty.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will work with you to restore access, provide a corrected file, or offer an appropriate remedy, including a refund where warranted or required by law.

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us so we can review the duplicate purchase. If you need to cancel before access has been provided, contact us promptly; automatic delivery may occur before we can review the request.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears in your account.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable cancellation rights.
