Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Keys and Keep Property sells digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Receiving your files

After payment is successfully processed, a download email is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is usually automatic, but payment processing or email delays can occasionally occur. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for an email titled “Your downloads are ready.”

Download and save your files to your phone, tablet, or computer. ZIP files must be extracted before opening their contents. If your purchase includes a Google Sheets or Canva version, follow the access instructions included with that product. Software, subscriptions, printing, and physical materials are not included unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Compatibility

Review the product description for file formats and software requirements before purchasing. Compatible apps may be used on mobile devices. Features, layout, and printing options can vary by device and app; a larger screen may be helpful for detailed spreadsheets.
