Keys and Keep Property — Terms of service

These terms describe purchases and permitted use of digital products from Keys and Keep Property. Please review them along with the product listing, refund policy, digital delivery policy, and privacy policy before ordering.

Digital products and requirements

Our products are digital files, templates, spreadsheets, printables, or access instructions as described in each listing. No physical goods are shipped. Please check the listed file formats, editing options, and software requirements. Third-party software, accounts, and subscriptions are not included unless expressly stated. Features and appearance may vary by device and app.

Orders and delivery

Provide an accurate email address at checkout so we can deliver your files and assist with your order. Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Digital delivery begins after payment is successfully processed. See our shipping policy for download instructions and support.

Permitted use

Unless a product listing expressly grants different permissions, your purchase gives the original purchaser permission to use and customize the files for their own personal, household, or internal business needs. You may print copies for those uses. Forms or presentations may be completed and shared with your own clients or tenants as part of their intended use.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or give away the original files, editable templates, or access links; include them in products for sale; or claim the original design as your own. Purchasing does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying product.

Third-party services

Where a product includes Google Sheets, Canva, or other third-party access, you are responsible for meeting that service’s account and software requirements. Follow the included instructions to make your own editable copy where applicable. Separate Excel and Google Sheets copies do not automatically synchronize.

Organizational tools

Our products provide organizational and educational tools. They are not individualized legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing your entries, checking calculations and suitability, and obtaining appropriate professional advice for your circumstances. No particular business, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds and support

Our return and refund policy explains assistance and remedies for digital purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
