A little help getting started
Our products are digital downloads designed to help you organize your properties, projects, and everyday life. Here are answers to common questions.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. You will receive digital files. Printed pages, binders, frames, software, and other physical items shown in previews are not included.
How do I receive my files?
After your payment is confirmed, your download links are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you do not see the email. Keep your download email for future access.
What if I cannot find my download email?
Please contact us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the product name so we can help locate your purchase. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, or private tenant information.
How do I open a ZIP file?
Save the ZIP file to your phone, tablet, or computer, then extract or unzip it before opening the files inside. Use your device’s file manager or a compatible ZIP app. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. Open the extracted folder to find your files and any included instructions.
How do the Google Sheets versions work?
When a listing includes Google Sheets, download its separate access PDF and open the template link. Sign in to your Google account and choose Make a copy to save your own editable version. The shared master is view-only. Your Excel and Google Sheets copies do not automatically synchronize.
What software do I need?
Check the individual listing for its file formats and requirements. Excel workbooks require compatible spreadsheet software. Google Sheets versions require a Google account. Word files require compatible word-processing software. PDFs require a PDF reader. Software and subscriptions are not included.
Are all PDFs editable or fillable?
No. Some PDFs are print-and-fill pages completed by hand; others include fillable fields. Editable Word or Canva formats are included only when stated in the individual listing. Please check the product details before purchasing.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
Download to your phone, tablet, or computer. Open files with a compatible app, such as Excel or Google Sheets. A larger screen may be helpful for detailed spreadsheets and printing.
How should I print my pages?
Use the paper size and printing instructions supplied with your product. Check Print Preview before printing. Actual Size or 100% is a useful starting point for pages designed for your paper size. Wide spreadsheets may need landscape orientation or a selected print area. Colors may vary between screens and printers.
Can I share or resell the files?
Please follow the usage terms included with your product. Our files are for the original purchaser’s personal or internal business use. Do not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files or template-access links.
Do these tools replace professional advice?
No. They support organization, recordkeeping, and planning. Review the notes in your product and consult an appropriate professional when needed for your circumstances.
