Cream cells are editable inputs. Sage cells calculate. A request marked Verified still needs its request date, confirmation reference/date and verification date before the record closes. The occupancy status records vacancy dates; it does not confirm utility completion or overall rent-readiness.
FORMAT AND USE Instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Excel and Google Sheets versions are included. For Google Sheets, open the separate access PDF, sign into a Google account and choose Make a copy to save your editable workbook. The shared master is view-only. Excel and Google Sheets copies do not synchronize.
The workbook contains formulas, not macros. A representative elapsed vacancy-day calculation and occupied status were checked in Google Sheets. Calculations and layouts were checked during creation; native Microsoft Excel was not available for an application-level check. Timing flags appear inside the workbook; no automatic email, calendar or push reminders are included.
The PDF is US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches), printable for handwriting, not fillable, and does not calculate. Repeat pages as needed. Files are supplied in a ZIP; extract before opening.
Enter dates and account responsibility confirmed for your property and provider. This organizational tracker does not submit requests or change utility accounts. For your own household or business use; do not resell or redistribute.
