HOW IT WORKS
Enter one row per unit. Log maintenance using the same property and unit names. The workbook calculates monthly and annual rent gaps, maintenance spending by unit for your selected year and during the current tenancy, and lease alerts. Use Rent Review to record your proposed rent and notes.
PLEASE NOTE
This is an instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Both spreadsheet versions start blank; the sample data in listing photos is for preview only. Market rent is entered by you; the workbook does not estimate it. Maintenance spending during a tenancy does not mean the resident caused the expense.
