HOW TO USE

1. After payment is confirmed, use the download links emailed to the address entered at checkout. Download the ZIP and the separate Quick Start PDF. 2. Save and unzip the ZIP: on Windows, right-click and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click it. Open the .XLSX workbook in Microsoft Excel and save a working copy. For Google Sheets, open the separate access PDF and click its button, sign in to Google, and choose Make a copy.

Keep an untouched original. 3. Read Quick Start. On Debt Overview, enter your debt names, starting balances, optional APR and minimum payments. Keep each debt’s existing ID so transactions stay connected. 4. On Payment Log, use the matching debt ID and a separate row for each payment, interest charge or fee. Enter the amounts from your own records; leave calculated cells intact. 5.

Return to Debt Overview and check the tracked balance against your statements. APR is a reference field; interest and fees are entered manually. Save your workbook. 6. For paper tracking, print selected PDF pages at Actual Size / 100% on US Letter paper and complete them by hand. Celebrate the small wins as you go!

Use an app compatible with the included file formats. Fillable PDFs need a reader that supports PDF forms; printable-only PDFs are completed by hand.
