HOW TO USE

1. After payment is confirmed, use the download links sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Save the ZIP file and the separate Google Sheets access PDF to your device. 2. Save and unzip the ZIP. On Windows, right-click and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click it. Open Realtor_Commission_Tracker.xlsx in Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software. ; features may differ between applications and versions.

For Google Sheets: open the separate Google Sheets Access PDF, sign in to your Google account, click Open Your Google Sheets Template, and choose Make a copy. The tracker saves to your Google Drive; the booklet remains a printable PDF. 3. Save a working copy. On Brokerage Setup, enter your brokerage share, standard closing fee and reporting year.

Enter your own agreement terms; no commission rate is pre-filled. Leave unknown rates blank until confirmed. 4. Enter one transaction per row on Deals. Blue cells are editable and green cells calculate. Record deal terms, dates and payments received, keeping formula cells intact. 5. Review the Dashboard for the selected reporting year and use Keep Focused for goals, actions and wins.

Check your entries against your own closing and payout records. 6. Open Keep_Going_Agent_Booklet.pdf and print the pages you want at Actual Size / 100% on US Letter paper. Complete the booklet by hand. This tracker is for organization and estimates. Use your brokerage and closing records to verify amounts. It does not provide tax or legal advice.

Device compatibility

Download to your phone, tablet, or computer. Open the Excel workbook with a compatible spreadsheet app, such as Microsoft Excel. If Google Sheets is included, use the separate access PDF to make your own editable copy. A larger screen may be helpful for detailed spreadsheets and printing. ZIP files must be extracted before opening their contents.
