BONUS AND PAYMENT TRACKING Enter a flat gross bonus for each goal and quarter. Meeting or exceeding its threshold earns that amount; qualifying bonuses are added together. A zero bonus amount disables that goal's bonus. Missing required rules or results leave the calculated quarter total blank.

Record quarter stage, approved gross bonus, paid gross bonus, payment date, and notes. The tracker calculates the remaining approved balance and shows payment status. Approval and payment entries are manual; in-progress results are provisional.

Use one consistent basis for the workbook: one person or one company bonus pool. It does not split a pool between employees or calculate payroll deductions, taxes, tiered bonuses, or weighted scores. Metrics use a higher-is-better approach.

Download and unzip the files, open the workbook in Microsoft Excel or use the separate access PDF to make a Google Sheets copy, read START HERE, and enter your own goals, bonus rules, and results in the highlighted input cells. Leave formula cells unchanged. Excel and Google Sheets copies do not sync with each other. Software is not included.
