Each ordered item has its own Line ID. Deliveries link to that ID, so several shipments can belong to the same item. Rejected or damaged pieces do not count as accepted. Received is a quantity status; unresolved issues remain separate follow-ups.

Cream input cells and sage calculations, table filters and frozen headings. Fixed capacity; use another working copy for additional records. This is a manually updated order tracker, not inventory valuation, payment tracking or a supplier integration. Item cost excludes tax, shipping and refunds.
