This home inventory bundle combines editable Excel and Google Sheets tracking with a printable, fillable PDF for room-by-room organization. Your digital download includes a three-tab Excel workbook and a seven-page printable, fillable PDF in the original ZIP, plus a separate Google Sheets access PDF.

Use Excel or your own Google Sheets copy for entered-item purchase-price totals, or type into the PDF fields or print for handwriting. Microsoft Excel is needed for the .xlsx version; a Google account is needed for Google Sheets, and a form-capable PDF reader is needed for digital PDF fields. Software, accounts and printing are not included.

HOW TO USE

Download the ZIP file and open the Excel workbook or PDF. For Google Sheets, download the separate Home_Inventory_Google_Sheets_Access.pdf, sign in to Google and follow the link to Make a copy in your own Drive. The master is view-only. Excel, Google Sheets and PDF entries do not sync; choose one main working version. Keep the supplied 200 inventory rows and 100 record rows and their formulas intact; use another copy when full.

Record your belongings one room at a time. Add available brand, model, serial number, purchase, and warranty details. Use a short reference to connect each item with photos or receipts stored in your own secure location. Index where your policies and other home documents are kept, then update your copy as things change. The spreadsheet totals the purchase prices you enter.

It does not calculate current value, replacement cost, or insurance coverage. For privacy, use only the last four digits of policy or account numbers. Do not store passwords or full identity numbers in these files. This is an instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped. The blank templates may not be resold or redistributed.

Delivery and device compatibility

After payment is confirmed, download links are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Save your files to your phone, tablet, or computer, and extract ZIP files before opening their contents. Use an app compatible with the included file formats. Fillable PDFs need a reader that supports PDF forms; printable-only PDFs are completed by hand.

A larger screen may be helpful for detailed spreadsheets, layout editing, and printing. Features and layout can vary by device and app. Software and printing are not included.
