A computer is recommended. Use Microsoft Excel or compatible .XLSX software, or open the separate access PDF and make a copy in your Google account for Google Sheets. Use a PDF reader with fillable-form support for journal fields, and Microsoft Word for the editable binder. Features vary between programs and versions; software is not included.

Save and reopen one journal page to check entries. Print PDFs at actual size / 100% on US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches), and test one page first. Check Word Print Preview after edits.
